We will pick the fruit, and at this time we do not have a de-stemmer available. Our vineyard is a mature traditional head trained Zinfandel vineyard in the Shenandoah, CA AVA. We have approx. 2 tons of fruit available, as of yesterday the brix was 26.2 and the pH was 3.64. We are charging 1.00 a pound for anything in the hundreds of pounds, and .80 per pound for 1,000 or more pounds.
